Maybe something like...

Me/Rit
14 Domination (10+3+1) 12 Inspiration (11+1) 10 Communing, the rest (1+1) into fast casting
Keystone Signet, Signet of Weariness, Unnatural Signet, Leech Signet, Dissonance, Shatter Hex, Mantra of Inscriptions, Res signet.

The problem with 25e skills is that first, some have effects you can get other ways (conjure nightmare comes to mind). Others (chillbanes) have effects you don't really plan on using. Something like Panic would be great fun, but then you would have to go without keystone signet.

I am not a huge fan of signet builds, since you can usually get better results with a spell. Take Unnatural Signet for instance. In a PvE perspective why would you take this over images of remorse? If you wanted to stay in domination, why take it over energy burn? Sure, it is free, but a 45 second recharge is long.

Also we could have used rogue's armor with little penalty...not that we can't now but it would have been more significant then.

I would take Savant armor over Rogue any day. You will be using a stance anyway (MoI).

I am also not a huge fan of Keystone. Sry but to me it is a complete waste of an elite. I can't think of a situation where I would want to disable all my other skills just to recharge my sigs, I think MoI with high enuf Inspiration is quite good as a substitute, esp. since u won't use all your sigs at once, they have cast time and all. I mean, I'd rather take another elite that is high nrg and low recharge, so I can spam it and it won't matter. I'll sit down and come up with something but I'm too busy hunting for digs atm.

Like Expel Hexes ???
For GvG anyway, signet mesmer could also be expeller with little worry about energy.

We kinda didn't have savant's armor then...
Holy wrath/succor will not allow other skill usage though ="( (well we could use a short term skill with near instant casting with ether signet, which would allow for the mantra of inscriptions (which would be good))
With Keystone signet+mantra, we could use leech signet to interrupt people just for the sake of doing it, no spell, no skill, no reason. Just using it because we could before we hit the "recharge all signets" button XD

Wait, so you don't want to disable all your non-signet skills in a build that is mostly/entirely signets? What skills are you actually disabling that are more important than your signets? If they are more important, why do you have a signet build?

You skipped all my posts in this thread or? I was arguing the case that if you are going to have a Signet build, then you should find something to use your nrg for. You don't go Sigs just for the kicks of it, you do it to preserve massive amounts of nrg. The classic way to carry out a Signet build is what Eamirth has been talking about: Holy Wrath. I was just making a point that instead of Holy Wrath or other similar maintainable enchantments, the nrg you preserve can be used for high nrg cost skills. Off the top of my head, doing something like Panic + Suffering and then switching to Sigs is something along the lines. The worth of Keystone is questionable, in my opinion. A better use of the elite slot is, I think, advised.
